After nearly three decades out of print, Larry Heard's "Ice Castles" is finally getting the reissue people have been asking for. Originally released in 1995 (as "Sceneries Not Songs - Volume Tu"), "Ice Castles" stands out as one of the most overlooked, but essential records in deep house and downtempo. A hazy, R&B and jazz-inflected suite of tracks from the genre's original architect, the album formed a blueprint for his releases in the decades to come. From the shimmering "Crystal Fantasy" to the aching title track, this is Larry Heard at his most intimate: less dancefloor, more personal. Now, for the first time since 1998, it's back on vinyl. Remastered and expanded to a full double LP with all 12 of the tracks from the full CD version. Transparent Marbled Dark Blue Vinyl, limited to 250 copies!

TRACKS:

1 Crystal Fantasy

2 Tryblennasense

3 Romantic Sway

4 Techno-Centric

5 Forbidden

6 Solitude

7 Carla's Dance

8 Night Images

9 Ice Castles

10 Nature's Bliss

11 Precious Tears

12 Bong

How long will shipping take?

Item is In Stock/Inbound

Item is on Pre-Order

Item is on Backorder

Orders will ship within 1 day of being available

Orders will ship near or on release date, as they are checked in

Orders will ship as they become available, and may take 2-12 weeks

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0560/8321/8590/files/image_f4063a6b-218c-4ed7-bcd1-99d96ab9ebe8.jpg?v=1791411876
