Concierge Hand Delivery (Pilot Program)
Welcome To SoundsLikeVinyl's Newest Way To Ensure The Best Delivery Standards In The Industry
We are testing an all new delivery program that focuses on utmost care during transport and delivery for our most dedicated audiophiles and collectors. Concierge delivery can be added to orders on a local level (within 30 miles), or for anywhere within the United States. Although the price is significantly higher than even the fastest shipping upgrades, these services will include: custom transport and delivery options, signature at delivery, arranged delivery, extreme rush on handling and transit selection, and first priority for any backorder/pre-order queues. Concierge orders will also have direct lines of communication as needed via email, text, or phone.
CONCIERGE NATIONAL HAND-DELIVERY

What Shipping Services Are Available At Checkout?
International Orders: International buyers will have a choice of the following carriers: UPS, USPS/Local Mail, FedEx and DHL. Please note that Mail delivery will take significantly longer, and we highly recommend DHL as the preferred service for international delivery as they include tracking, insurance, signature confirmation, and deliver the fastest, while making brokerage/customs payments easy.
Vendor Partner Orders: Some orders that contain items from select partnered vendors, are ultimately fulfilled by those vendors rather than SoundsLikeVinyl. We facilitate the transaction, but they will ultimately handle fulfillment, and therefore shipping cost and preferences are offered on a case by case basis by those vendors.

Local deliveries will be handled at the end of the business day and will include signature confirmation when possible. *Orders with upgraded shipping options are fulfilled in order of the above hierarchy, meaning backorders/pre-orders placed with upgraded shipping get higher priority in the shipping queue due to the increased handling commitments provided with the service upgrades.
**Signature Confirmation can be added to any order, regardless of shipping option chosen by clicking the added service in your cart options. Signature Confirmation will often allow us to upgrade your service type slightly when possible, and will provide priority handling.
