Items will ship as they are available. Pre-Order/Pre-Release sales have extended shipping times. Backordered items will ship when available.

[PRE-ORDER] & [Pre-Release] Sales:

Release Dates are made available as the best estimate, but can be subject to change.

Our extensive selection of Pre-Order and Upcoming Release items are timed to provide ample delivery windows, meaning we may often deliver these items sooner than expected. In some cases, delivery or release dates can be pushed back due to a variety of events. Pre-Order sales can be kept open and reserved, during which time you may also cancel and request a refund for any reason in accordance with our refund policy and terms of service. 

For Backordered, Out-of-Stock, or Pre-Order items, the order will be shipped the day it is checked in and available. This can, however, occur after the estimated ship date or estimated delivery date. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

Any and all import duties, taxes, fees, etc are the responsibility of the buyer and must be paid in accordance with the shipping carrier and destination government policies in mind. We are not responsible for collecting, remitting, or handling import related costs in any way. We appreciate your cooperation with this policy.

 

Incorrect Addresses:

While our shipping services will attempt to verify an address, we have no control over the accuracy of buyer-input selections. Please make sure your address is correct and complete to avoid delays or lost packages. Once the order is shipped, the order is closed and finalized. Address updates should be made through email before a label is created. Once the package is created, all responsibility is forwarded to the carrier and final destination provided.

 If a package is returned by a carrier due to address or delivery issues, it will be treated as a return in accordance with our return & refund policies.

Older orders with possibly outdated addresses or orders with possible address issues will be held for 24-48 hours to allow time from the shipment notification until actual departure to correct any issues. As we don't have a way to confirm moves and address changes needed, it is important to contact us as soon as possible for order corrections or updates.

 

Lost or Stolen Packages:

While we empathize with you if your package has been lost or stolen, please know that we have very little ability to resolve the issue. We will open a case with the carrier when possible, and we encourage buyers to report stolen packages/mail to local authorities. SoundsLikeVinyl is not responsible for compensating lost or stolen packages, however will attempt to resolve the issue in a variety or ways, depending on the specific circumstances of the case.
